Solymar Condo Rates listed below include all taxes, every other day full maid service, and all of the amenities listed in the Our Condos section. When you book a hotel room in Cancun, you will be charged a 12% tax, and many also charge resort fees of $5 - $10 per day, in addition to the rates listed on their website. There are absolutely no additional taxes or hidden charges when you rent from Cancun Condo Deals. Our nightly rates below are exactly what you pay.

Christmas and Easter in Cancun are the busiest weeks, so book your reservations early because the entire Cancun Hotel Zone will be at 100% occupancy. We accept reservations up to 1 year in advance.

Extended Stay Discounts

• 15 to 30 night stays receive a 10% discount off of the standard nightly rate.
• 31 to 90 night stays receive a 40% discount off of the standard nightly rate.
• Stays of 91 nights or more receive a 45% discount off of the low season rates for stays falling into any season throughout the year (Excludes Holidays).
• Rentals for more than 2 rooms during the same period receive a 5% discount off of the standard nightly rate.
• Extended stay discounts do not apply during Christmas and Easter Holiday periods.

Billing Policies

• Rates are in US dollars per night per condo.
• Rates include all taxes.
• Stays of 30 days or less include every other day maid service.
• Stays of 31 or more days include weekly maid service. Additional maid service is $15 USD per day.
• Maid service in villas is every day except Sunday.
• Utilities are included with stays of less than 90 nights. Renter is responsible for all Utilities for stays of 90 or more nights.
• Prices above are for double occupancy. Double occupancy is 2 guests for studio units (maximum 4 guests) and 4 guests for penthouse units (maximum 6 or 8 guests depending on the unit). Extra persons pay 5.00 per day.
• Reservations during the high season for less than 4 consecutive nights can be subject to a 15% surcharge

Reservation Policies

• A deposit of 25% of the total rental cost is due 7 days after your reservation has been confirmed.
• CancunCondoDeals.com accepts deposit payment by PayPal. The balance is due upon arrival.
• Please note that at present time we are only accepting cash or travelers checks for the balance.

Cancellation Policies

• If your reservation is cancelled less than 61 days before occupancy, a cancellation fee of $100.00 USD will be assesed. This charge includes mailing your refund. We offer the possibility to use your deposit towards another rental for a period of up to one year from the day the deposit was received without penalty.
