When you rent a condo from Cancun Condo Deals, you get the amenities and atmosphere of a hotel in addition to the value and conveniences of a condominium. Our condos are located at the ocean front Solymar Condominium Resort in the Cancun, Mexico Hotel Zone. Each unit is independently owned by people from the United States, Canada, Mexico and abroad. Our owners have formed a rental pool comprised of over 80 condo and villa units in order to collectively offer a better service to our renters.

In 2006, following hurricane Wilma, the Solymar resort underwent a complete 3 million dollar renovation including new elevators, a new beach bar and beach facilities, new roofing, new paint and lighting throughout the entire resort, and new palm trees and landscaping. All of the pictures found on this site are post-renovation, so you can see exactly what you will experience during your vacation.

Solymar Ocean Front Studio [View Pictures] [View Floor Plan] - Our oceanfront studio units either have one king or two full size beds and one full bathroom. These units range from 450 sq/ft to 525 sq/ft. All units have a balcony with chairs and a table overlooking the beautiful Caribbean Sea. Ocean view studios can accomodate 2 to 4 guests. We also offer connecting oceanview studio units so you can double the size to accomodate groups of 6 to 8 guests.

Solymar Penthouse [View Pictures] [View Floor Plan] - Our penthouse units are on the top floor with the best view of both the ocean and the lagoon. They have 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a rooftop terrace overlooking the lagoon. These units range from 900 sq/ft to 1100 sq/ft. The master bedroom has cathedral ceilings and an ocean front balcony. The second bedroom has a balcony overlooking the lagoon. Penthouse units can accomodate 6 to 8 guests.

Solymar Ocean Front Villa [View Pictures] - Our ocean front villas are the closest units to the beach that we offer. You are literally just a few steps away from the sand. Villas have two levels. They offer multiple bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, livingroom, dining room, and a full size kitchen. The number of bedrooms ranges from 2 to 4 depending on the size of the villa. Solymar Sunset Lagoon View Studio [View Pictures] [View Floor Plan] - Our lagoon view studio units either have one king or one or two full size beds and one full bathroom. These units range from 300 sq/ft to 450 sq/ft and can accomodate 2 to 4 guests. Lagoon view units have either a balcony or solarium with a beautiful view of the sunset over the Nichupte Lagoon.
